No.31039 of 2018 by which petitioner has been granted provisional anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.495 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram with certain condition.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he was suffering from jaundice and as such, he could not surrender in time. Doctor's prescription is attached as Anneuxre-2. In view of such, two weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and the Court below will release the petitioner on bail in terms of order dated 06.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31039 of 2018. This Modification Application is, accordingly,
