JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2019 This case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" on the basis of the Bench Slip dated 04.09.2019 submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 07.08.2019 passed by this Court in this case, the petitioner was granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Salempur P.S. Case No.85 of 2019 but as in the prayer portion of this application, inadvertently, in place of 'Salempur P.S. Case No.85 of 2019', it was wrongly typed as 'Salempur P.S. Case No.35 of 2109', due to that reason, in the last paragraph of the order dated 07.08.2019 passed by this Court in this case, in place of 'Salempur P.S. Case No.85 of 2019', it has been typed as 'Salempur P.S. Case No.35 of 2019'.

No.49362 of 2019(3) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of this application and prays for modification of the order dated 07.08.2019 passed by this Court in this case in this regard.

As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of this application within course of the day.

Let in the last paragraph of the order dated 07.08.2019 passed by this Court in this case, in place of 'Salempur P.S. Case No.35 of 2019', it be read as 'Salempur P.S. Case No.85 of 2019'.

The order dated 07.08.2019 passed by this Court in this case is modified to the above extent only. Let this order be communicated to the court of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, District-Patna, for needful. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
