JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 30.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Imamganj P. S. case no. 22/2015 registered under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim has returned to her home and her statement under section 164 of the Cr.P.C has been recorded. The statement of the victim has been annexed as annexure 2 and in the aforesaid statement, victim has stated nothing against these petitioners.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25920 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Imamganj P. S. case no. 22/2015 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
