Petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2016 in connection with Complaint Case No. G.O.74 of 2016 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. 3.

According to the prosecution, 30 bottles (saufi) and 8 bottles foreign liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. G.O. 74 of 2016.
