2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42066 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that description of the father's name of the petitioner was inadvertently stated in the cause title as "Prashant Kumar Thakur" in place of "Prasann Kumar @ Prasann Kr. Thakur". The stand of the petitioner is supported from the copy of the Aadhar Card of the petitioner's father (Page-6 of the petition).

4. Let the reference to "Prashant Kumar Thakur" as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53811 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 appearing in the cause title of the order dated 11.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42066 of 2019 be treated as corrected to read as "Prasann Kumar @ Prasann Kr. Thakur". The order dated 11.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42066 of 2019 stands modified only to the above extent.
