2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is alleged to have participated in torture and killing of the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that because the petitioner happens to be the fatherin-law of the deceased, he has been roped in this case. The petitioner is an old person suffering from various ailments. The petitioner is in jail since 27.04.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024.
