2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner and other accused persons assaulted husband of the informant with lathi and iron rod.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that Doctor has found simple injury. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner and no specific overt act has been alleged against him.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Silao Police Station Case No. 156 of 2025P, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
