The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Banka P.S. Case No. 815/2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 20.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20116/2018.

In view of such, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61389 of 2018 (2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
