The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 302 of 2019, registered under Sections 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48506 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.
