ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, who is the husband of the informant, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No.146 of 2018 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegations are concocted and the petitioner is the husband, who is willing and ready to keep the informant with full honour and dignity and there shall be no further occurrence of similar nature so as to render any physical and mental torture to the informant. It is also submitted that the petitioner shall take all steps to cooperate with his wife and

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Nawada, in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No.146 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It is made clear that if at all there is any recurrence of offence of similar nature, it shall be open to the informant to take necessary steps for cancellation of the order of pre-arrest bail.
