This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are the sons of petitioner no.3 and petitioner no.3 is the father of the informant and due to family dispute this occurrence is said to have been taken place.
