JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 353, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per prosecution report while police party were on patrolling duty, got secret information that 3 to 4 persons were present in the house of renowned criminal Dharamraj Yadav (petitioner), were planning to commit crime. It is further alleged in the written report that all the accused persons fled away from the house and none was apprehended. From the statement of the informant, it reveals that some miscreants arrived at the house of the petitioner with intention to commit crime. In the written report itself, it further appears that no any incriminating article has been recovered from the house of

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Brahampur (K.B.) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
