2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 15.5.2023, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 11991 of 2023.

3. In view of the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, said order is modified to the extent that the petitioner is granted six weeks further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds, subject to deposit of Rs.5000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Patna and to furnish its receipt with the bail bonds.

4. Modification petition is thus allowed.
