2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 409, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that altogether Rs. 27,45,795/- has been embezzled by the petitioner in SGRY Plan. It is also written in the FIR that this amount has to be recovered from him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he was having the license of PDS as he belongs to Scheduled Caste community, the shop, in question was actually being run by somebody else who was earlier having the license.

No.58334 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 It has also been submitted that the process of public demand recovery has already been conducted vide recovery letter no. 1103 dated 24.11.2011. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 14.04.2025 having no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Shahpur Patori P.S. Case No. 184 of 2011 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learnedACJM, Shahpur Patori, Samastipur.
