The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant, his father and brother by means of lathi, iron rod, due to which they sustained injuries. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody and have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Single iron rod blow is said to

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agion (G) P.S. case No.46 of 2019.
