The petitioner seeks bail in Jadiya P.S. Case No. 45/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of the investigation, the petitioner and other accused persons were arrested and they made their confessional statement but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. On the basis of the confessional statement, the police submitted charge sheet. No looted articles was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 06.01.2016.
