JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that he has married his daughter Kunti Devi in the year 2014 with Meghnath Mahto and after marriage the sasural people always used to demand Rs.10,000/- and threatened to kill. On 20.02.2015 the informant received information on mobile that on 19.02.2015 in the night his daughter Kunti Devi was killed and threw her dead body. Petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28484 of 2015 (3) dt.29-09-2015 mother-in-law, petitioner nos.3,4,5 and 6 are Bhaisur of the deceased. Petitioners have been made accused due to mistake of fact. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.Case No.18 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
