KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned counsel for the State. Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 323 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 5430 of 2018 which was rejected on 27.02.2018 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months.

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63143 of 2018(2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 of the case and the observation made in order dated 27.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5430 of 2018, petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge I/C, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. (Halai O.P.) Case No. 323 of 2017 corresponding to S. Tr. No. 359 of 2018.
