Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 185 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52526 of 2022(2) dt.23-01-2023 2/3 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the accused persons badly assaulted the informant and his mother. The specific allegation against petitioner no. 4 is that he pressed of neck of the informant and petitioner no. 2 rided over the chest of his mother and petitioner no. 1snatched her sari. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There are number of cases against both the parties. They are agnates and the injuries are simple, caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 185 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned
