Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-395/397 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first informant report and it appears that except confessional statements, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 2504-2016. However, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40427 of 2016 (2) dt.29-09-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 332 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 407 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IIIrd, Rohtas at Sasaram.
