It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2019 and similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by this Court vide orders passed in Cr.Misc.No. 18031/2020 and 26947/2021.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
