Case No.10/2013 referable to Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code was registered. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No.208 of 2013 in the court of the Sessions Judge, Sheohar. The same was dismissed on 19.8.2013. Hence, this application. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
