2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 27515 (C) of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner, a person of clean antecedents, has been falsely implicated. In any event, he agrees to deposit an amount of Rs.1000/- per month regularly for the benefit of opposite party no.2
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or

No.29689 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 27515 (C) of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., with condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by opposite party no.2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
