Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 3 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant who is the son of deceased has alleged that on some altercation petitioner started abusing him and on objection other co-accused started assaulting his father as a result of which he died during course of treatment. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that similarly placed co-accused have been granted bail by another co-ordinate Bench of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63006 of 2018(2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 Court in Cr. Misc. No. 54049 of 2018 vide order dated 27.09.2018. She has no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 11.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Sathi P.S.
