Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Arwal P.S.Case No.240 of 2015 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the FIR lodged for the murder of the father of the informant on the basis of the dispute with respect to sale of the land and it is said that the petitioner in order to grab the land has got his father killed. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that except the suspicion there is no other incriminating materials against the petitioner and the police after investigation has also submitted final form in this case not finding the case true but the cognizance has been taken.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned court below and on surrender they will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar Rakesh, J.M. Ist class, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S.Case No.240 of 2015 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that they will co-operate in disposal of the trial.
