Petitioner seeks bail in Kako P.S. Case No.60 of 2019 (POCSO Trail No.13 of 2019) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 448, 341, 323, 354-B, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

It is alleged that on the date of occurrence the informant was returning after attending call of nature. This petitioner pressed her breast with intention to outrage her modesty.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedents. Matter has been compromised between the parties. Compromise Petition has been enclosed as Annexure-2.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.60 of 2019 (POCSO Trail No.13 of 2019), subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
