The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-3, 4 & 5 of Explosive Substances Act. The prosecution case in short is that on the trivial issue of entering into the buffalo in crop field, dispute arose and in consequence thereof, the accused persons assaulted the informant. Explosive substance is also alleged to have been used.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22-02-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner is alleged to

The other co-accused with similar allegation have been granted bail by coordinate benches of this court vide Annexures-3 & 4 to the application. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 185 of 2018.
