2. The present writ petition is yet to be admitted.
3. Perused the material on record.
4. I find that the present writ petition has been preferred by the Petitioner seeking direction to the Respondents/State Instrumentalities to prevent the Private Respondents from illegal construction upon the subject land which allegedly belongs to the Petitioner. The Petitioner is also seeking demolition of illegal construction done upon the said land.
5. The prayer of the Petitioner clearly shows that the present writ petition is totally abuse of the process of the Court. The efficacious alternative remedy is available to the Petitioner by way of preferring appropriate civil suit before competent Civil Court for decree of injunction against the Private Respondents, but because of misconception of law, this writ

6. As such, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed with exemplary cost.
7. However, the Court is restraining from imposing any cost, but dismissing the present writ petition with liberty to the Petitioner to move appropriate Court with appropriate proceeding.
8. Hence, present writ petition stands dismissed, accordingly.
