2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Pator P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) of BNS and Sections 27 of the Arms Act.

3. According to allegation, the informant, along with her daughter-in-law Phuldai Devi and Sunita Devi, was present in the field. Meanwhile, they saw the petitioner, Pritesh Kumar Singh, firing by his pistol and fleeing away. Soon thereafter, they saw the dead body of the deceased near the poultry farm. Two empty cartridges were also recovered near the place of occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

5. The petitioner was seen opening fire with pistol by the witnesses. Two empty cartridges were recovered from the place of occurrence. The doctor found firearm injuries on the person of the injured. The petitioner has confessed his guilt. He has got criminal antecedents.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Presently, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the same is hereby rejected.
