JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 The learned counsel, Mr. Vinod Kumar Singh, for the petitioner submitted that in view of the Division Bench decision of this Court in Raj Kumar Sah v. State of Bihar & Another, 2008 (4) PLJR 817, he may be permitted to convert this civil writ jurisdiction case to an appropriate criminal proceeding before the High Court.

The learned counsel, Mr. Pushpendra Kumar Singh, for the respondent has got no objection.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is permitted to convert this writ application to an appropriate criminal proceeding before this Court within one week after summer vacation.
