ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 27-03-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid but without paying the interest part. Learned counsel has stated that though the petitioner has submitted the bills four years back the authorities have only paid the original amount recently without calculating the interest.

2. Having regard to the same the present Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to give a suitable representation to the Respondent-Authorities for payment of the interest. If such a representation is made the same shall be

The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
