Accordingly, the case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has marriage the victim-girl. Hence, if the petitioner may surrender and prays for regular bail on the ground as mentioned above, the trial court may consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
