Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The complaint based allegation arises out of civil dispute between the parties.

Considering the merit of the case, the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in this case vide order dated 13.01.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43059 of 2011 (Annexure-1). However, petitioner could surrender in the year 2018. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57415 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No. 291C of 2011, subject to the condition that if the petitioner would default without reasonable excuse in appearance before the court below on any subsequent date, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond and take the petitioner into custody as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
