JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gaurichak P. S. Case No. 223 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R. informant alleged that some miscreants has fired on him, causing injury on his arm, but nobody was named in the F.I.R. It is alleged that the informant has dispute with the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner and even during the investigation nothing has come against the petitoner.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49578 of 2019(7) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna, in connection with Gaurichak P.
