The defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks of starting of the court proceeding in physical mode properly. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 281 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There are cross FIR registered by the petitioners parties against the informant under the identical sections.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11228 of 2021(3) dt.08-02-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no one has been injured in the incident and this is a simple quarrel which occurred on account of petty dispute.
Be that as it may, taking into moral aspects and the case diary from where this Court finds that there is no any mark of injury, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
