2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 47A of the Excise Act, registered in connection with Excise Case No. 18 of 2015 corresponding to Trial No. 2252 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the place of recovery has been stated vaguely in the seizure list as the house of the petitioner and from nearby places.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the recovery of country made wine said to have been made from the house of the accused person, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
