2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail Sugauli P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. As per prosecution, the recovery is of about 52 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 11.06.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Rail Sugauli P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023.
