This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.61706 of 2021 in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.799 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A),323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3.

The petitioner prays for cancellation of bail of the opposite party no. 2 on the ground that he is not paying

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63006 of 2024(3) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 the maintenance amount as directed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court while enlarging the opposite party no.2 on bail. 4.

Considering the aforesaid, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an application before the Court below for cancellation of bail bonds of the opposite party no.2. If such an application is filed, the Court below shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within fifteen days of its filing. While deciding the application, the Court below shall verify the submission regarding non-payment of maintenance amount by the opposite party no.2 to the petitioner.
