2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 557/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 252 litres of illicit liquor.

4. The petitioner is said to be the owner of the car. He is in jail since 10.07.2024. The petitioner claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise II, Aurangabad/concerned court in connection with Daudnagar
