The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have caused fire-arm injury on the head of husband of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation.

However, learned counsel for the State and informant vehemently opposed prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted
