The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019, corresponding G.R. No. 1049/2019, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 387, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute and dirty village politics. The deceased was a veteran criminal and due to family dispute, the member of their family quarreled for land and started firing. During this occurrence, deceased sustained firearm injury and died. Learned A.P.P., for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is actively participated in the occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of this petitioner is rejected.
