The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 353, 504, 427, 369, 270, 188, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Epidemic Disease Act and Section 51-B N.D.M. Act.

Considering the allegations leveled against the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIIth,
