The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 assaulted with farsa on the head of the informant and petitioner no. 3 snatched silver chain worth Rs. 3,000/- from her neck. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the petty dispute accusation has been levelled and injury has been found to be simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S.
