The procedure and the guidelines issued for conducting the trial is not being adhered to and the trial is being prolonged without proper reason. If that be so, petitioner should file separate Criminal Writ Jurisdiction Case and seek a direction in this regard to
Patna High Court MJC No.4593 of 2014 dt.07-07-2017 2/2 all concerned. Filing of this contempt application once M.J.C. No. 3253 of 2012 is disposed of is not a proper remedy. Accordingly, granting liberty to file a fresh Criminal Writ Jurisdiction Case, the application is disposed of.
