Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 376, 377 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous dispute with regard to drainage. In the medical report no sign of violence was found , which falsifies the allegations levelled in the first information report. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50978 of 2019(3) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 1st -cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 76 of 2019 arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019.
