2/4 the following reliefs:

"(i) For directing and commanding the respondents to publish the fresh provisional merit list, after adding the bonus point of their past (ten years or more) service experience as Aganbari Sevika and further to appoint the petitioners as a lady supervisor.

(ii) Also for directing and commanding the respondent to grant 10 and more bonus points on the basis of experience certificate (Ann1series) given by the competent authority i.e. C.D.P.O. and also disposed of representations given by the petitioners (Ann-5 series) (iii) For any other relief and reliefs to which the petitioner found entitled may be allowed which will be just proper and equitable on the opinion of this Hon'ble Court."

The grievance of the petitioners in brief is that the respondent authorities had published Advertisement no.1 of 2021 for the purpose of contractual appointments on the vacant post of lady supervisor by the office of the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur from amongst those persons working as Anganbari Sevika.

3. The respondents came out with a provisional merit list on 2.7.2025 (Annexure-P/4) under the signature of the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur. Inspite of the seven petitioners having submitted their objections to the provisional merit list, the objections having been brought on record as Annexure-P/5 series to the petition, it is the contention of

3/4 learned counsel for the petitioners that the same has not been considered by the respondents and hence the instant writ application for the relief as stated hereinabove.

In response, it is submitted by learned counsel for the State of Bihar that the covering letter/information along with the provisional merit list issued on 2.7.2025 under the signature of the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur itself invites objections from the persons concerned, objections to be submitted by 5 pm on 19.7.2025.

4. On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the respondents- State of Bihar was asked by the Court to enquire as to whether the respondents have published the final seniority list or not. After taking oral instructions, it is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that the final seniority list has not been published as yet.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material on record, specially in view of the information provided by learned counsel for the State that the respondents have not yet come out with the final seniority list, it goes without saying that the objection invited to the provisional merit list by the notice dated 2.7.2025 (Annexure-P/4) and filed by the petitioners shall be considered by the respondents before

4/4 coming out with the final seniority list.

6. With the above observations, the writ application stands disposed of.
