JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 24-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that allegedly 19 bottles of foreign liquor was recovered from his possession while the petitioner, who is in Army service, was returning from Pathan Kot to Hajipur. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2016 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, District- Saran in connection with
