Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 66 of 2019 arising out of Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No. 355 of 2018 registered under Sections 304(B), 201, 302/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 29068 of 2019, 14123 of 2020 and 39630 of 2020 on 09.07.2019, 04.03.2020 and 24.03.2021 respectively. Further he submits that in the instant case, the fresh ground for grant of bail is that the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2018, more than three years.

Case No. 355 of 2018.
