The petitioner is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail within two weeks from today before the concerned Court below. If the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail within two weeks from today then the concerned Court below will consider the bail application of the petitioner considering the facts of the case as it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no material against the petitioner except the fact that one mobile is said to be used by the petitioner.
