Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 625 of 2015 registered under Sections- 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B)(A),26,35 of the Arms Act.

There is recovery of cartridge from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was residing in lodge and in his absence raid was conducted. It is further submitted that the aforesaid lodge was never given to petitioner. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49771 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 Petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 625 of 2015.
